How to play— show the rules
You will be presented a year. It is your task to determine whether this year is a leap year. The rule has three questions:
Is the year divisible by 4? If not, it is not a leap year.
Is it divisible by 100? If not, it is a leap year.
Is it divisible by 400? If not, it is not a leap year.
If it is divisible by 400, it is a leap year.
